Insurance Information for Massachusetts & Cape Cod Patients
Lavender Integrative Psychiatry works with several major insurance providers serving Massachusetts residents, including patients located throughout Cape Cod and the South Shore. Insurance verification requests are accepted only for plans currently credentialed with the practice.
Currently accepted insurance plans: Blue Cross Blue Shield, WellSense, Cigna, Harvard Pilgrim, and Tufts Health Plan (Point32Health).
Credentialing in progress: Medicare, United Healthcare, Fallon Health, and Aetna.

Private Pay
Private pay psychiatric services are available for individuals throughout Massachusetts and Cape Cod who prefer not to use insurance or whose insurance plan is not currently contracted with the practice.
Initial consultations include a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, full mental health and medical history review, diagnostic clarification, and discussion of medication management or psychotherapy treatment options.

The initial consultation is comprehensive and collaborative. During this appointment, current concerns, relevant history, medical background, and treatment goals are thoughtfully reviewed in order to understand your individual needs and priorities.
A clinical assessment is conducted to clarify diagnostic impressions and explore appropriate evidence-based treatment options. This may include discussion of medication management, psychotherapy approaches, lifestyle considerations, or additional supportive services when appropriate.
At the conclusion of the visit, clear recommendations and next steps are provided so that you leave with structure, understanding, and direction for your care.
