Lavender Integrative Psychiatry participates with select commercial insurance plans in Massachusetts. Coverage, benefits, and out-of-pocket costs vary by individual policy and are not guaranteed.

Out-of-Network Benefits
Some plans may provide out-of-network reimbursement. Patients are responsible for payment at the time of service and may submit claims independently if eligible.
Self-Pay & Cash Fees
Self-pay services are available for individuals who prefer not to use insurance or whose plans are not accepted. Payment is due at the time of service.
